Refund policy

Title: Return & Refund Policy – Milan Wood

At Milan Wood, all products are crafted with precision and are often made-to-order based on customer specifications. Due to the customized nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

1. Custom Orders

All customized and made-to-order products (including doors, panels, and mouldings) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

2. Standard Products

For non-custom, ready products:

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product is received damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share images/videos as proof
  • After verification, we will offer:
    • Replacement OR
    • Partial/Full refund (case-dependent)

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins
  • Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refund will be issued via original payment method
